On Wednesday 7th December 2022, the team from Fair Shea and our beneficiaries were happy to welcome Mrs. Maura Allen, Executive Vice President and Chief Program Officer of ACDI/VOCA, together with the Deputy Chief of Party and team from the Market Systems And Resilience (Feed the Future).
The visit was to interact with the organization and our beneficiaries who recently graduated from our value addition training in November and those who will be starting training in two weeks.
Mrs Allen also outlined plans under ACDI/VOCA’s business model which has the potential to help sustain businesses of the beneficiaries who are all part of the Yumzaa Fair Shea Women’s Cooperative.
